3. Mushroom Tea Is Easy to Make
Its simple to make mushroom tea, as you can usually steep them in host water for several hours to make tea.
For each cup of water, measure a gram of mushrooms. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the mushroom pieces. Reduce the heat to simmer, and leave it for at least 30 minutes up to several hours.
